I appreciate Anne Findley Stewart's comment. I find that she has good measured judgement. It concerns me as a resident who pays taxes, that the are so many on the Sunshine List. Not enough people live here to endure such costs. This is most concerning that it doesn't require any explanation from the Mayor.
The people who work at the city hall don't seem to want to be questioned about anything. When they are, they are incredibly rude and abrupt. That was my experience anyway. You have great math skills Jim. Your graphs are amazing !!

Wow - this site really opened my eyes to what's happening with Owen Sound's municipal spending!
