in the Parks & Rec division, as compared to an average of 19
employees in comparable cities.
Dozens of responses in the Vision
2050 survey commented on the dilapidated state of our parks and
recreation spaces. The lack of dedicated funds and resources to
our local parks reflects poorly on the city and does not create
a healthy environment for raising a family.
